Responsibilities
- Build AI-driven products and features across the full software stack, from architecture through production release.
- Develop product features and agents using frontier models, prompting, context, tools, and model reasoning.
- Apply software engineering and system design principles to create observable, maintainable, scalable, and production-ready solutions.
- Validate solutions using traditional QA methods, evaluations, and tracing so quality is measurable and reproducible.
- Use agentic software engineering techniques across planning, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to refine requirements, prototype solutions, scope projects, and prioritize work.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional programming experience in web application and backend environments.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python.
- Strong knowledge of a modern web application framework such as React, Next.js, or Rails, and a backend framework such as FastAPI or Node.js.
- Hands-on experience building AI- and agent-powered features using frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google.
- Regular experience using coding agent harnesses such as Claude Code, Codex, Opencode, or Pi in daily software development.
- Experience refining feature requirements in collaboration with product stakeholders.
- Preferred experience includes generating content for end users, multimodal or audio AI, realtime full-duplex communication apps, speech-to-speech models, and developing evaluations for agents.
