Responsibilities
- Oversee testing and debugging across the application stack and implement fixes for identified defects.
- Research and diagnose complex software issues, determine root causes, and drive corrective adjustments.
- Champion testing, CI/CD, code quality, and technical best practices across the engineering team.
- Conduct code and design reviews to ensure adherence to technical and architectural standards.
- Troubleshoot and guide the team through CI/CD deployment workflows without owning the pipeline.
- Mentor or technically lead other engineers.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience.
- Experience with Vue.js, TypeScript, HTML, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD tooling and end-to-end deployment workflows.
- Strong debugging, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring or technically leading engineers.
- Cloud platform experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
- Exposure to Docker or Kubernetes is preferred.
