Responsibilities
- Develop Java backend programs efficiently without compromising core architecture and design.
- Conduct code reviews and help maintain application quality.
- Perform impact analysis, identify possible regressions, and improve unit-test coverage.
- Support developers and testers with technical queries as an individual contributor.
- Create and maintain technical documentation in the repository.
- Contribute to technical interviews and hiring activities.
- Deliver solutions using the required technology stack.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience as a Java backend developer.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Java 8 or later, Java EE, Spring, Hibernate, Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, Bitbucket, JUnit, and JIRA.
- Ability to collaborate, deliver results, share knowledge, adapt processes, and support organizational change.
