Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship autonomous or semi-autonomous agents for customer problems.
- Own product initiatives end to end, including agent logic, backend and frontend development, deployment, and customer feedback.
- Build procurement workflow and contract-management tools and pursue additional product opportunities.
- Work directly with customers to validate solutions and improve products.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of engineering experience at a high-growth startup or scale-up, with products shipped and owned end to end.
- Experience designing and building autonomous or semi-autonomous systems and taking software from zero to production.
- Production proficiency with TypeScript and experience with NestJS and React.
- Experience owning product work across backend, frontend, and customer feedback cycles.
- Full professional proficiency in spoken and written German and English.
- Experience with GCP, Hasura or GraphQL, and Flutter is useful; familiarity with construction, logistics, or other operationally complex industries is also useful.
Benefits
- Annual salary of €80,000 to €120,000 plus equity options.
