Responsibilities
- Translate the product roadmap into shipped features and measurable user value.
- Speak directly with users to understand their needs and help shape product direction.
- Maintain, refactor, and scale the codebase as the product evolves.
- Use AI agents regularly as part of the software development workflow.
Requirements
- Technical work experience or a strong academic background in computer science or a related field, with experience ranging from early career to 10+ years.
- Track record of shipping software products to end users.
- Strong product judgment, a user-focused and problem-oriented mindset, and ability to identify patterns across customer needs.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Experience with TypeScript, React, Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Early-stage startup, B2B SaaS, LegalTech, RegTech, or AI/ML experience is helpful.
- Entrepreneurial approach and comfort working in a fast-moving environment.
Benefits
- Annual salary of €65,000 to €75,000.
- Hybrid work in Munich, Germany, with an expectation of working in the office four days per week.
