Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the product across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure.
- Translate roadmap priorities into shipped features addressing real user needs.
- Speak directly with customers to understand challenges and inform product direction.
- Refactor and scale the codebase as the product and team grow.
- Own the software, AI, and infrastructure stack end to end.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of full-time software engineering experience with a track record of shipping products to real users.
- Strong product sense, a user-focused approach, and the ability to develop solutions across customer needs.
- Proficiency with TypeScript, React, Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Experience in early-stage startups and comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration.
- An AI-native approach, including regular use of AI agents and tools in the workflow.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, LegalTech, RegTech, or AI/ML is a plus.
Benefits
- Salary range of €80,000 to €90,000 annually.
- Hybrid work in Munich, Germany, with an expectation to work on-site four days per week.
