Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship autonomous agents that solve real operational problems.
- Own product initiatives from agent logic and backend development through frontend delivery and customer iteration.
- Work directly with customers to validate solutions and improve products based on real-world feedback.
- Build procurement and contract management capabilities and pursue other product ideas that create customer value.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of engineering experience in a startup or scale-up, with products owned and shipped end to end.
- Experience designing autonomous or semi-autonomous systems and taking software from zero to production.
- Strong TypeScript skills and proficiency with NestJS for backend development and React for frontend development.
- Experience owning product work across backend, frontend, and customer collaboration.
- Full spoken and written proficiency in German and English.
- Experience with GCP, Flutter, Hasura or GraphQL APIs, or construction, logistics, and other operationally complex industries is useful.
Benefits
- Salary range of €80,000 to €120,000 annually.
