Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Drive technology transfer by building MVPs, PoCs, and production-ready implementations.
- Design and architect solutions that bridge prototypes and scalable product systems.
- Partner with researchers and product teams to understand innovations and customer needs.
- Operate autonomously on cutting-edge projects with minimal direction.
- Prototype rapidly to validate research concepts and iterate toward production quality.
- Make critical architecture decisions based on evolving understanding.
- Communicate effectively across diverse audiences regarding technical concepts.
- Take ownership of projects from initial conception through delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering or security research experience.
- B.S. degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Deep expertise in at least one relevant security domain.
- Strong programming skills in multiple languages.
- Proven track record of working autonomously from architecture to implementation.
- Experience designing systems balancing innovation with production constraints.
- Experience building both rapid PoCs and production-grade systems.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity and rapid context-switching.
- Extreme curiosity and learning agility.
