Responsibilities
- Design and build complex Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Own the full development lifecycle from requirements analysis to production deployment.
- Establish and enforce coding standards and architectural best practices.
- Lead technical design reviews and promote engineering excellence.
- Build and maintain Data Cloud data streams and customer profiles.
- Develop and configure automation features to enhance workflows.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams for Salesforce integration.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation and exploration.
- Manage deployment lifecycles across various environments.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
- Champion version control best practices in Git.
- Comfortably operate in a terminal environment for scripting tasks.
- Design and implement integrations with external platforms.
- Evaluate platform architecture decisions for scalability and performance.
- Maintain data integrity and security best practices.
- Translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to developers.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Expert-level proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud and its components.
- Experience with Salesforce CLI and managing deployments.
- Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data lake platforms.
- Comfortable operating in a terminal/CLI environment.
- Familiarity with Agentforce and Einstein AI features.
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts.
- Self-directed with a strong ownership mindset.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tooling is a plus.
