Responsibilities
- Enhance systems to align with evolving business requirements.
- Maintain applications and infrastructures in accordance with service level agreements.
- Define and review technical requirements covering integration, performance, quality, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cloud operations teams to manage infrastructure capacity and monitor key performance indicators.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve system reliability and efficiency.
- Perform and manage testing activities, including system integration testing and software quality assurance.
- Support quality engineering strategy implementation, system defect management, and root cause analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
- Intermediate proficiency in test execution and management.
- Intermediate proficiency in quality engineering strategy implementation is advantageous.
- Intermediate proficiency in system defect management is advantageous.
- Intermediate proficiency in system integration testing is advantageous.
- Beginner proficiency in root cause analysis is advantageous.
- Intermediate proficiency in software quality assurance is advantageous.
- Prior experience in relevant related skills is advantageous.
