Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end quality assurance for the BigPay fiat business, including requirements review, test planning, case design, execution, and release sign-off.
- Lead cross-platform testing across app, web, backend, and admin systems while identifying fiat-related risks.
- Test fiat features and edge cases involving stream lifecycle, co-streaming, cross-room connections, playback, compliance, weak networks, stream drops, backgrounding, and high concurrency.
- Maintain and extend the automated regression framework using Python, pytest, and k6.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, compliance, and operations to resolve quality issues and close feedback loops.
- Contribute to AI-assisted testing initiatives and the team knowledge base.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of QA experience in internet, fintech, payment, or payment-platform companies.
- Required experience with automation testing.
- Working knowledge of Python automation, including reading, extending, and maintaining existing test scripts.
- Ability to independently own test coverage and review others’ test cases and code.
- Ability to work with agile release cycles, including 2–3 week sprints, grey rollouts, and full releases.
- Strong cross-functional communication and proactive risk identification.
- Strong ownership of product quality beyond test coverage metrics.
