Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AI features and ML models serving millions of end users.
- Build and maintain scalable APIs that integrate models directly into Hoxhunt products.
- Ensure the reliability, scalability, and observability of AI systems.
- Collaborate with product teams and product managers to scope and execute complex projects.
- Own initiatives end to end from initial idea through execution.
- Contribute to multimodal pipelines, multi-step agentic systems, and specialist ML models.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and project planning while rapidly shipping production features.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience in production environments.
- Strong Python skills and solid software engineering fundamentals, including production-grade coding.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, generative AI systems, and ML feature development in production.
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform, such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Ability to work independently in loosely defined problem spaces and iterate quickly.
- Preferred experience building and deploying ML models at scale or working with agentic AI workflows.
- Preferred background in a SaaS product company.
- Preferred knowledge of GCP, API design, observability, or scalability patterns.
- TypeScript experience is a bonus.
