Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions from prototyping through production deployment.
- Build and optimize LLM-powered applications and agentic systems integrated with business processes and systems.
- Collaborate with data scientists to turn models into robust, scalable products.
- Apply MLOps practices for reproducibility, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Design and maintain data pipelines to support model reliability and performance in production.
- Work with Azure, AWS, GCP, and open-source AI frameworks.
- Stay current with AI developments and apply them responsibly in client projects.
- Guide stakeholders and communicate AI capabilities through consulting and collaboration.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data science.
- Solid understanding of classification, regression, NLP, and generative AI.
- Experience building production-grade LLM and agentic applications, including evaluation, monitoring, and scaling.
- Knowledge of tokenization, RAG, CoT, reasoning models, memory, fine-tuning, tool use, and self-correction.
- Hands-on experience with MLOps, CI/CD, containers, and cloud environments.
- Ability to design and maintain data pipelines for production model reliability and performance.
- Excellent communication and consulting skills.
- Fluency in Finnish and English.
