Responsibilities
- Build, deploy, and maintain machine-learning models that reliably serve users in production.
- Create architectures for continuously gathering new training data for ML models.
- Build interfaces that deliver ML model results to end users.
- Collaborate with clients’ technology and business teams to select suitable technologies and address data needs.
- Contribute to software development, debugging, system design, and architecture.
- Help project teams deliver results according to client and project needs.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience continuously developing and deploying machine-learning models.
- Typically 3+ years of experience developing relevant machine-learning competencies, with no hard experience limit.
- Experience with common machine-learning tools, libraries, and platforms and a strong grasp of machine-learning techniques.
- Understanding of infrastructure-as-code practices, such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and CDK.
- Cloud development experience with platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong programming foundation with Python required; Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, and C++ are examples of additional languages.
- Experience working with data using SQL.
- Ability to design scalable ML architectures that process large quantities of data.
- Good communication skills and ability to work directly with clients.
- Fluency in English and Finnish is preferred.
