Base Salary
$126k - $197k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as technical lead, providing architectural direction and hands-on engineering for consumer lending solutions.
- Design and implement robust, secure, and maintainable layers using C#, VB.Net, RESTful web services, and SOAP APIs.
- Own the full development lifecycle from requirements analysis to production monitoring.
- Establish and enforce technical standards, coding practices, and integration patterns for the team.
- Create architectural blueprints and technical design documents for complex problems.
- Act as the escalation point for production incidents and complex technical issues.
- Mentor and grow junior and mid-level engineers on the team.
- Evaluate emerging fintech integration partners and technologies.
- Ensure all solutions meet standards for data security and regulatory compliance.
- Contribute to cross-team architectural decisions affecting infrastructure and API strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of progressive software development experience.
- Strong expertise in C#, VB.Net, .NET Framework, and enterprise web application development.
- Experience designing and integrating RESTful and SOAP APIs in distributed systems.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex integration projects end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of fintech integration concepts including OAuth 2.0 and API security.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
