Base Salary
$185k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and deliver new full-stack products and features from architecture through production release.
- Design and build product features and agents using frontier models, prompting, context, tools, and model reasoning.
- Validate solutions through QA methods, evaluations, and tracing to make quality measurable and reproducible.
- Use agentic software engineering techniques across planning, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineering stakeholders to define, prototype, scope, and prioritize products.
- Share engineering knowledge and champion AI solutions and agentic development practices across the team.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional programming experience in web application and backend environments.
- Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python and strong working knowledge of React, Next.js, or Rails.
- Experience refining product requirements with a product owner.
- Hands-on experience building AI and agent-powered features with frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google.
- Regular use of Claude Code, Codex, Opencode, or Pi in the daily software development workflow.
- Experience with continuous delivery through feature flagging and trunk-based development.
- BS/BA degree in a related field.
- Preferred qualifications include deploying or fine-tuning open-weight models and hands-on experience with agent orchestration frameworks.
