Base Salary
$112k - $141k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop crisp e-mail UIs that increase on-site engagement.
- Build and work with agentic tools to create new e-mail UI designs.
- Partner with back-end engineers to develop new data feeds.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and UX teams on e-mail designs.
- Guide projects from concept through technical design and implementation.
- Specify, handoff, and review work from external contractors.
- Perform design and implementation review of proposed campaigns.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for patterns.
- Creative mindset for overcoming constraints of e-mail focused CSS.
- Growth mindset and willingness to experiment.
- Understanding of HTML and CSS, or willingness to learn.
- Experience with Iterable or other ESPs is a plus.
- Prior experience working with marketing stakeholders is a plus.
