Base Salary
$80k - $158k/yr
Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements, product designs, business objectives, technology architectures, system dependencies, and application stacks.
- Design and enhance automation roadmaps, frameworks, reusable libraries, testing tools, and utilities.
- Prepare test plans and cases and execute functional, regression, performance, UI, API, and mobile testing.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines and scheduled automated UI and API test suite execution.
- Track quality metrics, test coverage, defects, resolutions, bug fixes, and mitigation strategies.
- Investigate complex issues, validate code changes, and automate software validation processes.
- Collaborate with Agile delivery teams, developers, testers, clients, users, business SMEs, and stakeholders.
- Define acceptance criteria, maintain automation backlogs, improve continuous integration and deployment practices, and document solutions.
- Communicate testing status and issues effectively and drive timely resolutions.
- Provide team management and technical leadership while staying current with automation standards and technologies.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience.
- Expertise in WebdriverIO with TypeScript.
- Strong experience with UI automation using the Cucumber BDD Framework.
- Hands-on experience with Appium and Selenium WebDriver.
- Experience in API automation testing and strong mobile testing experience.
- Team management and leadership skills.
- Mabl and Postman experience for API test automation are preferred.
