Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, debug, and optimize high-quality software solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, efficient code and resolve complex technical issues.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
- Lead technical discussions, code reviews, design sessions, and technical projects from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional product management, UX/UI design, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Architect scalable, secure, maintainable, performant, and reliable software systems.
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and promote continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least five years of programming experience with one or more of .NET Core, C#, and Vue.js; React Native experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies.
- Deep expertise in API development, including RESTful APIs, HTTP methods, authentication, authorization, and data serialization.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, or comparable systems.
- Experience designing scalable asynchronous workflows and distributed microservices using Pub/Sub patterns, event sourcing, CQRS, and schema registries.
- Experience with version control systems, automated testing, and CI/CD.
- Agile or Scrum experience is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.
