Responsibilities
- Participate in all stages of software development, from initial planning through post-development maintenance.
- Develop and maintain scalable, organized, testable backend and frontend systems.
- Solve complex technical problems and implement practical, thorough solutions.
- Identify issues, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities and deliver solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable code and promote sound engineering principles.
- Contribute to engineering best practices, high-quality code, and shared testing responsibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers.
- Support continuous learning and improvement across the engineering team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in both backend and frontend development.
- Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Svelte or React.js.
- Experience with backend development, APIs, and web-based applications.
- Familiarity with testing strategies and applying them at multiple levels.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration, deployment, and delivery practices.
- Experience with version control, logging, and monitoring tools.
- Ability to build clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Proactive mindset focused on continuous learning and improvement.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a critical approach to complex technical challenges.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and technologies.
- Experience working in cloud environments such as AWS is preferred.
