Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Translate business requirements into maintainable technical designs that follow Salesforce governor limits and best practices.
- Build and manage Salesforce integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and middleware tools.
- Perform peer code reviews, enforce coding standards, and write Apex and LWC unit tests.
- Investigate, debug, and resolve issues across custom applications and Salesforce configurations.
- Create technical design documentation and participate in CI/CD deployments using Git and Salesforce DX.
- Collaborate with functional teams, business analysts, senior developers, and stakeholders during agile sprints.
- Participate in technical knowledge-sharing sessions and stay current with Salesforce releases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least two years of hands-on software development experience on the Salesforce platform.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL; Visualforce knowledge is a plus.
- Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce Flow, custom objects, validation rules, and security and sharing models.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs and performing bulk data migrations with Data Loader and Salesforce CLI.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub or GitLab, and deployment tools or frameworks including Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Salesforce certification is a plus.
