Base Salary
$140k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support, configure, and enhance Kofax Capture and Tungsten TotalAgility solutions for document capture, classification, extraction, validation, and workflow automation.
- Design and maintain TTA workflows, business rules, queues, forms, and process automation components.
- Troubleshoot document ingestion, OCR/extraction, validation, exception-handling, and system-performance issues.
- Integrate TTA with downstream business systems, databases, APIs, and cloud services.
- Develop and maintain supporting customizations using .NET and C#.
- Support existing Kofax Capture solutions, particularly integrations with TTA.
- Gather requirements with business stakeholders and technical teams and implement process improvements.
- Participate in testing, deployment, production support, and ongoing workflow optimization.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for TTA configurations, workflows, and integrations.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Tungsten TotalAgility, including workflow/process design and document-processing capabilities.
- Experience with document capture, OCR, classification, extraction, and validation workflows.
- Basic to intermediate development experience with .NET and C#.
- Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-hosted application environments.
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts, intelligent document processing, or automation technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, collaboration, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred: experience with Kofax Capture migration or TTA integration scenarios.
- Preferred: familiarity with TTA integrations, APIs, web services, or middleware.
- Preferred: experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Preferred: exposure to intelligent document processing, case management, enterprise workflow platforms, or production automation solutions.
