Responsibilities
- Track assigned action items and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Facilitate client workshops, gather stakeholder input, and draft project documentation.
- Configure products and ERP systems for seamless integrations based on established designs.
- Perform unit testing, develop testing scenarios, execute test cases, and troubleshoot product and ERP issues.
- Document decisions, testing outcomes, open issues, and handoff notes.
- Deliver customer presentations, solution demonstrations, project updates, and training sessions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to new team members on configuration and testing best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience is required.
- Bachelor's degree and approximately 3 years of related work experience are listed in the qualifications.
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management is required.
- Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 with independent software vendors is required.
- Experience using Workday Finance modules, including Workday Customer Invoice or Supplier Invoice, is required.
- Knowledge of VAT, SUT, tax functionality, e-invoicing regulations, tax compliance, financial processes, and process automation is required.
- Understanding of finance systems and processes, API concepts, integration, and troubleshooting is required.
- Strong project management, consulting, technology, process improvement, organization, communication, and collaboration skills are required.
