Responsibilities

  • Deliver hands-on MuleSoft implementation and integration projects for customers and partners.
  • Evaluate customer technical and functional requirements and develop cost-effective integration solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance on on-premise, cloud, and hybrid integration and API management.
  • Guide development standards, governance, operational life cycles, and risk mitigation across projects.
  • Create technical design documentation, architectural blueprints, project deliverables, and technical reference materials.
  • Lead requirements-gathering workshops and presentations to guide customers through solution design.
  • Develop, profile, troubleshoot, and fix Java application code and use automated testing tools.
  • Contribute technical artifacts, brown bag sessions, reusable content, internal knowledge sharing, and service-practice improvements.
  • Use AI coding assistants to accelerate API development, integration implementation, troubleshooting, and technical documentation while maintaining reliability, security, and MuleSoft best practices.
  • Travel as needed based on project and business requirements.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
  • Six or more years of relevant hands-on development experience implementing integration solutions.
  • Hands-on integration development experience with MuleSoft.
  • Experience with at least one of IBM Integration (IIB, Data Power), Boomi, Talend (ESB), or SAP Integration (PIPO, CPI).
  • Experience with API management solutions such as Apigee or Mashery.
  • Experience with at least one on-premise or SaaS packaged COTS solution for ERP, CRM, e-commerce, or mobile, such as Salesforce.com, NetSuite, Oracle, Siebel, SAP, or WorkDay.
  • Experience implementing multiple technical integration project SDLCs end to end.
  • Ability to work effectively within diverse technical teams of clients, systems integrators, contractors, and internal personnel.
  • Understanding of on-premise infrastructure and cloud-based deployments, configurations, monitoring, and management.
  • Experience developing, profiling, and fixing Java application code and using automated testing tools.
  • Experience producing technical design documentation and technical reference materials for clients or internal teams.
  • Practical fluency with AI coding assistants and modern integration development ecosystems.
  • Ability to deliver secure, scalable, reliable, and high-quality API and integration solutions.
  • Ability to complete MuleSoft technical certifications and participate in technical training and consulting enablement.
