Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern technologies.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers while ensuring code quality, best practices, and timely feature delivery.
- Develop frontend and backend components using Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL.
- Build and manage applications using relational and NoSQL databases while maintaining data integrity and performance.
- Design and implement low-latency, highly available, high-performance systems.
- Develop responsive interfaces with React.js and backend services with Node.js and FastAPI.
- Build, deploy, and manage applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Write unit and integration tests using Jest, Mocha, and PyTest.
- Implement security, data protection, reusable code, and clean-code best practices.
- Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams and participate in Agile ceremonies.
- Contribute to process improvements, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in software development and building web applications.
- BE, B.Tech, or M.Tech qualification.
- Experience leading a team of developers.
- Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Python, JavaScript or TypeScript, SQL, and modern JavaScript standards such as ES6+.
- Experience with industry-standard relational or NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, and FastAPI.
- Experience building applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience writing unit tests with Jest, Mocha, and PyTest.
- Ability to write reusable, testable, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Knowledge of security and data protection best practices.
- Comfort working in Agile methodology and willingness to learn and grow.
