Responsibilities
- Design and develop switch and router products.
- Perform unit testing, feature testing, and regression testing.
- Own features end to end from design and coding through testing and support.
- Help create automation test scripts.
- Document, maintain, and improve networking products.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex networking systems while collaborating within a team.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience building and supporting resilient network systems and platform services.
- Strong understanding of networking and distributed computing concepts.
- Proficiency with Layer 2/Layer 3 protocols including BGP, ISIS, OSPF, ARP, ND, IPv6, RIB, and BFD.
- Strong C/C++ programming skills, particularly for Layer 2/Layer 3 Ethernet switches or routers.
- In-depth understanding of networking technologies, routing principles, data communication, or telecommunications.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Master's or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or an equivalent field.
- Familiarity with automation testing and Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
