Responsibilities
- Assist customers with complex integration, hardware, and technical needs.
- Conduct admin training sessions and support device provisioning.
- Design and configure contact center call flows for seamless integrations.
- Collaborate with customers to tailor Dialpad solutions to their needs.
- Provision and configure desk phones with best practices.
- Lead deployment efforts and oversee system configurations.
- Proactively troubleshoot issues and report bugs during deployments.
- Analyze workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct video conferencing sessions to guide clients through implementation.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Create and maintain thorough project documentation.
- Partner with Project Managers to ensure excellent project delivery.
- Utilize cloud platforms and tools to manage projects and customer health.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Monitor and report on project status to management.
Requirements
- Excellent grasp of modern cloud communications platforms like Google G-Suite and Office 365.
- Experience with Business VoIP Telephony Services (On-Premise or SaaS).
- Understanding of VoIP CODECs and technologies.
- Experience with network infrastructure and WAN technologies.
- Knowledge of data center technologies and enterprise service delivery.
- Proven track record in implementing CCaaS and UCaaS solutions.
- Expertise in software engineering and system integrations is a plus.
