Base Salary
$165k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design test strategies, write test cases, and execute functional, performance, regression, and end-to-end tests.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts integrated with CI/CD systems.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate quality testing activities.
- Communicate test status with design and development teams and ensure defects are corrected before products and systems go live.
- Review acceptance criteria, quality specifications, and technical design documents and provide feedback.
- Identify, record, resolve, and document software bugs and track test metrics.
- Contribute to retrospective reviews and improve QA processes and efficiency.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and interns.
Requirements
- Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field and 1 year of related work experience; or bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in one of these fields and 3 years of related work experience.
- At least 1 year of experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks and scripts integrated with CI/CD systems.
- At least 1 year of experience building scalable test automation solutions for functional and regression testing.
- At least 1 year of experience developing testing frameworks using Python, Java, or Kotlin.
- At least 1 year of experience identifying, recording, resolving, and documenting software bugs, including tracking bugs and test metrics.
- At least 1 year of experience building and testing software solutions using Agile methodology or DevOps development practices.
- At least 1 year of experience designing test strategies, performing test planning, executing end-to-end use cases, managing defects, and providing QA status reports.
