- Develop large-model evaluation technologies and scenario-specific solutions.
- Design evaluation frameworks and train, deploy, and tune evaluation models.
- Analyze model performance, troubleshoot defects, and provide insights for model optimization and version iteration.
- Research scalable evaluation methodologies for LLMs, multimodal understanding and generation, agents, and world models.
- Track cutting-edge large-model technologies and implement improvements in evaluation workflows.
Requirements
- Completing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related discipline.
- Foundational knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Hands-on algorithm experience related to large models.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with evaluation framework design, evaluation-model training and deployment, or evaluation-system delivery.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot large-model training and application issues and independently develop solutions.
- Availability to onboard by the end of the year, with graduation date and availability stated in the resume.
