Responsibilities
- Lead software development from ideation and design through delivery and production support.
- Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, high-performing solutions across the technology stack.
- Develop clean, maintainable, well-tested code using modern engineering and automated testing practices.
- Drive software quality, engineering standards, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and coach engineers while fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, ownership, and professional growth.
- Champion Agile, security-by-design, and engineering best practices and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience, including technical leadership of large-scale applications and projects.
- Expertise in modern web development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, web components, responsive design, user experience, and accessibility.
- Strong understanding of automated testing, CI/CD, DevOps, source control, and Agile ways of working.
- Experience designing and delivering secure, scalable, and maintainable full-stack solutions.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, mentoring, and influencing skills.
- Evidence of continuous learning through community involvement, knowledge sharing, innovation, and awareness of emerging technologies and industry trends.
