Responsibilities
- Define scalable end-to-end architectures and strategic roadmaps for blockchain-enabled tokenization platforms.
- Lead architecture governance through architectural decision records, stakeholder reviews, solution blueprints, and target-state designs.
- Guide enterprise blockchain nodes, permissioned chains, public EVM and Layer 2 networks, and Blockchain-as-a-Service platforms.
- Set direction for tokenized assets, smart contract standards, testing, formal verification, upgradeability, security audits, and release governance.
- Establish frontend, backend, custody, key management, account abstraction, identity, transaction monitoring, and regulatory technology architecture.
- Mentor developers and architects and partner with engineering leaders throughout delivery to maintain alignment with approved architectures.
Requirements
- Production-grade Web3 or digital asset architecture leadership experience is required.
- Proven experience taking live tokenization, real-world asset, or institutional crypto custody solutions from concept through production governance is required.
- Strong understanding of enterprise EVM nodes and blockchain infrastructure platforms such as Hyperledger Besu, Kaleido, or Blockdaemon is required.
- Experience integrating programmatic MPC wallet infrastructure such as DFNS, Fireblocks, or Turnkey is required.
- Deep understanding of smart contract security risks, audit governance, and gas optimization tradeoffs is required.
- Preferred qualifications include hands-on zk-SNARKs and zk-STARKs experience, tokenization deployments, FIX, Swift, ISO 20022, Web3 open-source contributions, Ethereum Improvement Proposals, and AWS or GCP cloud architecture or blockchain security certifications.
