Responsibilities
- Define scalable end-to-end architectures for tokenization platforms spanning user experiences, middleware, indexers, custody, and smart contracts.
- Provide architectural direction for enterprise blockchain nodes and Blockchain-as-a-Service environments, including Hyperledger Besu, Quorum, Corda, Kaleido, and Blockdaemon.
- Own architectural decisions, target-state architectures, solution blueprints, technology roadmaps, and formal architecture governance.
- Mentor developers and architects, build consensus across stakeholders, and partner with engineering leaders to keep implementations aligned with approved architectures.
- Set direction for tokenized real-world assets, debt, equities, funds, stablecoins, smart contract testing, formal verification, upgradeability, and security audit governance.
- Define architectural standards for React and Next.js frontends, Web3 libraries, and backend services built with Node.js, Go, or Rust.
- Shape integration strategies for MPC wallet providers, hardware security modules, account abstraction, social logins, and gasless transaction relayers.
- Establish identity, KYC/AML, transfer restriction, transaction monitoring, auditability, and operational control requirements for tokenized asset workflows.
Requirements
- Production-grade architecture leadership experience with Web3 or digital asset applications.
- Proven experience taking live tokenization, real-world asset, or institutional crypto custody platforms from concept through production governance.
- Strong understanding of enterprise EVM nodes such as Hyperledger Besu and blockchain infrastructure platforms such as Kaleido or Blockdaemon.
- Experience defining integrations with programmatic MPC wallet infrastructure such as DFNS, Fireblocks, or Turnkey.
- Deep understanding of smart contract security risks, audit governance, and gas optimization tradeoffs.
- Preferred: hands-on experience with zero-knowledge proofs, including zk-SNARKs and zk-STARKs.
- Preferred: experience deploying tokenization solutions for real-world assets, digital securities, funds, stablecoins, or institutional digital asset workflows.
- Preferred: familiarity with FIX, Swift, and ISO 20022 messaging; open-source Web3 contributions or Ethereum Improvement Proposals; and AWS or GCP cloud architecture, blockchain security, or related certifications.
