Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI, machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI solutions.
- Build production-ready cloud-based or on-premises application pipelines and custom software components.
- Develop solutions using large language models, Azure AI services, Python, .NET, and deep learning frameworks.
- Lead technical strategy, architecture decisions, and delivery of high-performance AI systems.
- Mentor engineering teams and collaborate with product and data science teams.
- Implement model training pipelines, monitoring, versioning, distributed systems, and DevOps automation.
- Contribute to AI-related open-source projects or relevant publications.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of professional experience is required, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML development stated elsewhere in the posting.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; 15 years of full-time education and a BTECH degree are also stated.
- Strong machine learning expertise, including Microsoft Azure Machine Learning experience.
- Experience with GPT, BERT, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Python, .NET, C#, Azure ML, Cognitive Services, and AKS.
- Experience with NLP libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers and spaCy.
- Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, microservices, container orchestration, MLOps, distributed systems, data engineering, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps automation.
- Strong technical leadership, architecture, problem-solving, communication, and team-mentoring skills.
- PhD or advanced research background in AI/ML or a related field is preferred.
