Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Lead the development and implementation of software features using Generative AI.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and manage team execution and decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and provide solutions to cross-team problems.
- Optimize AI models for performance and scalability within custom applications.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional software integration.
- Troubleshoot complex software issues and improve development processes and product quality.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in Generative AI.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Generative AI and experience designing and developing AI-driven software solutions using generative models.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with programming languages and tools used in AI and software engineering.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues and implement effective solutions.
