Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and implement scalable custom software and AI/ML solutions.
- Build production-ready cloud-based or on-premises application pipelines using generative AI, deep learning, NLP, chatbot, and image-processing capabilities.
- Develop solutions using large language models, Azure AI services, Python, .NET, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and related tools.
- Lead technical strategy, architecture decisions, and implementation of sophisticated AI systems.
- Mentor engineering teams and collaborate with product and data science teams.
- Implement model training pipelines, monitoring, versioning, distributed systems, data engineering, and DevOps automation.
- Contribute to AI-related open-source projects or relevant publications.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience is required; the posting also specifies 10+ years of professional software engineering or relevant experience and at least 5 years focused on AI/ML development.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; 15 years of full-time education and a BTech degree are also stated.
- Strong machine learning expertise, including large language models such as GPT and BERT, deep learning, NLP, and generative AI.
- Proficiency in Python and .NET/C# for scalable AI solution development.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI services, including Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, and AKS.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy, MLOps practices, model pipelines, monitoring, and versioning.
- Understanding of cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, data engineering, container orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps automation.
- Ability to lead engineering teams, make architecture decisions, solve complex problems, and communicate effectively.
- Contributions to AI-related open-source projects or relevant publications are required or expected; a PhD or advanced AI/ML research background is advantageous.
