Responsibilities
- Develop scalable, reliable, and manageable enterprise architectural solutions for new deals and major change requests.
- Provide RFP solutioning, design assurance, target-state architecture, integration recommendations, and architectural roadmaps.
- Lead technical design, development, implementation, validation, documentation, and risk mitigation for custom solutions.
- Enable delivery teams through frameworks, reusable tools, architecture standards, quality assurance, and technical support.
- Collaborate with sales, program, project, consulting, IT, product, and client teams to align solutions with requirements and enterprise architecture.
- Present solution designs to clients, support pre-sales activities, negotiate requirements, and act as a trusted technical advisor.
- Track technology and application trends and provide strategic input into current and future IT needs.
- Develop proofs of concept, case studies, demos, white papers, blogs, and points of view for growth and branding.
- Mentor developers, designers, and junior architects and contribute to architecture practice activities.
- Manage team resourcing, onboarding, training, performance reviews, engagement, diversity, and career progression.
Requirements
- The posting requires strong technical capability in enterprise architecture, solution design, implementation, integration, documentation, and technical leadership.
- Experience working with clients, sales, delivery, consulting, project, and IT stakeholders is required for solutioning and client engagement.
- Ability to analyze current-state environments, define target-state solutions, evaluate tradeoffs, and identify implementation risks is required.
- Ability to create and present architectural designs, recommendations, proofs of concept, demos, and thought-leadership materials is required.
- The role requires mentoring capability and, where applicable, team management skills including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Completion of relevant training and certifications is expected.
