Responsibilities
- Perform manual and basic automated testing across the web application and Chrome extension.
- Create detailed bug reports with screenshots, videos, severity, and reproduction steps.
- Conduct design QA by comparing Figma mockups with production implementations.
- Perform cross-browser, responsive, mobile-device, exploratory, regression, and API testing.
- Build test scenarios based on real user behavior and test AI agents, SEO tools, and billing flows.
- Collaborate directly with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of QA experience at a fast-moving startup.
- Experience with design QA and comparing implementations against mockups.
- Ability to write clear, reproducible bug reports with appropriate severity.
- Comfort testing web applications, mobile web, and browser extensions.
- Experience with bug-tracking tools such as JIRA or Linear.
- Strong written communication and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with Browser DevTools, basic HTML/CSS, screen-recording tools, Figma or similar tools, basic API testing with Postman, and testing on actual mobile devices.
