Responsibilities
- Provide on-call MLOps support and triage and resolve pipeline issues for model development teams.
- Debug model development workflows and identify root causes across the ML stack.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to improve tooling, documentation, and operational processes.
- Communicate with model development teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and share findings across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field plus 1+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in Python and foundational experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch and model-training pipelines.
- Experience with MLOps tooling, including CI/CD systems, monitoring, logging, and pipeline orchestration.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and issue-triage skills.
- Clear communication and ability to work across teams and explain technical issues to varied audiences.
- Preferred experience includes MCAP, Parquet, PyArrow, Daft, Pandas, Ray, Anyscale, AWS SageMaker, Terraform, edge deployment, embedded hardware, and autonomous-driving or robotics ML workflows.
