Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop pricing algorithms and auction mechanisms.
- Create shared marketplace metrics and automated variance detection systems.
- Conduct causal modeling and build experimentation frameworks.
- Collaborate with product teams to address new quantitative challenges.
- Partner with platform and data teams to enhance ML pipelines.
Requirements
- Strong interest in marketplace economics and data science.
- Proficiency in software engineering with a focus on building and analyzing systems.
- Experience with TypeScript, React, Node/NestJS, MongoDB, and Postgres.
- Ability to work across the stack and tackle architectural problems.
- Comfortable with end-to-end ownership of systems.
