Responsibilities
- Guide customers in designing and building scalable systems using MongoDB.
- Articulate the business and technical value of MongoDB solutions.
- Collaborate with account teams to ensure customer success.
- Support sales activities including technical discovery, demos, and documentation.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the Product Management team.
- Build and maintain relationships with technical partners.
- Drive partner demand and create strategies for MongoDB solutions.
- Mentor pre-sales team members and share best practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of pre-sales experience with enterprise software.
- Proficiency in one or more modern scripting or programming languages.
- Experience with scalable and highly available distributed systems.
- 2+ years of software development experience.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Professional proficiency in Portuguese and English.
- Spanish proficiency is highly preferred.
