Base Salary

$105k - $145k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build and ship defined portions of member-facing features from designs and requirements through production.
  • Prototype, iterate on, and ship features using AI-assisted development workflows with guidance and code review.
  • Develop performant, responsive, mobile-first web applications with Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS.
  • Test code against core user journeys, participate in code reviews, and apply feedback.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to understand product and UX decisions.
  • Learn and apply frontend architecture, performance, accessibility, and maintainability practices.
  • Participate in the team’s on-call rotation and escalate issues when needed.

Requirements

  • 0 to 2 years of professional frontend or full-stack software development experience, including internships or co-ops.
  • Solid fundamentals in JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience building web applications with React through work, internships, coursework, or personal projects; Next.js and Tailwind CSS experience is a plus.
  • Experience shipping user-facing work such as a product feature, internship project, or personal app.
  • Familiarity with responsive, mobile-first interfaces and integrating frontend code with RESTful APIs.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and self-directed research skills.
  • Interest in learning to work across the software stack and in fast-paced, iterative environments.
