Responsibilities

Design and implement SAP-based solutions for procurement, inventory management, and warehouse management.
Ensure integration with SAP SD, MM, and FI/CO modules.
Define Supplier Relationship Management strategies and integrate SRM with SAP core systems.
Gather requirements and support project execution with business stakeholders in Europe and the US.
Ensure compliance with regional tax, trade, regulatory, and pharma-specific validation requirements.
Oversee procurement portals and interfaces with external suppliers.
Identify and implement system optimizations for procurement and logistics operations.
Serve as a SAP Pur/IM/WM/SRM subject-matter expert on transformation programs.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Informatics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
At least 6 years of process knowledge in procurement, inventory, and warehouse management.
At least 6 years of SAP system knowledge in Pur, IM, WM, and SRM modules.
Experience with third-party integrations for supplier management.
Proven experience working in both European Union and US business environments.
Deep understanding of validation and compliance in regulated industries.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA migration strategies is an advantage.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, political, and cultural-awareness skills.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Willingness to travel internationally.
