Base Salary

$110k - $130k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build services, SDKs, and interfaces for experimentation and behavioral event instrumentation.
  • Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and engineering teams to improve experimentation processes.
  • Support the full experimentation stack from event collection to data modeling.
  • Ensure reliability and observability through monitoring and incident response.
  • Create documentation and integration guides for engineers and partners.
  • Participate in code and design reviews to enhance code quality.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Go, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Experience with automated testing, code review, CI/CD, and production systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile software development practices.
  • Ability to break down complex problems and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Experience in communicating updates and resolutions to stakeholders.
