Base Salary
$110k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build services, SDKs, and interfaces for experimentation and behavioral event instrumentation.
- Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and engineering teams to improve experimentation processes.
- Support the full experimentation stack from event collection to data modeling.
- Ensure reliability and observability through monitoring and incident response.
- Create documentation and integration guides for engineers and partners.
- Participate in code and design reviews to enhance code quality.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Go, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with automated testing, code review, CI/CD, and production systems.
- Familiarity with Agile software development practices.
- Ability to break down complex problems and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Experience in communicating updates and resolutions to stakeholders.
