Responsibilities
- Design and govern platforms that run AI agents and integrate them with CreatorIQ through APIs, data connectors, and custom MCP servers.
- Design and maintain security, reliability, compliance, and enterprise governance guardrails for AI agents.
- Build systems and interfaces that help users discover, evaluate, and select AI agents for business workflows.
- Develop frontend interfaces and backend services that power agentic experiences.
- Participate in client-facing technical discussions, feedback sessions, and real-user monitoring reviews as needed.
- Advise on AWS and GCP cloud infrastructure and database strategies for the long-term roadmap.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including experience building full-stack applications and distributed systems.
- 2+ years of experience designing or deploying AI-powered applications.
- Practical experience building and deploying intelligent AI agents at scale and in production, including deploying MCP servers.
- Experience implementing safety and governance guardrails for AI agents.
- Proficiency in Node.js and Python, with strong experience building reliable APIs and integrating data connectors.
- Strong experience with React and TypeScript.
- Solid cloud infrastructure knowledge and proficiency managing agent runtime environments.
- Experience with one or more agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Microsoft Semantic Kernel, or OpenAI Agent SDK.
