Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, and Playwright.
- Define reusable testing architecture and coding standards.
- Lead automation initiatives across multiple projects.
- Drive testing coverage across UI, APIs, databases, and microservices.
- Implement shift-left testing practices and maintainable, high automation coverage.
- Design validation solutions for complex distributed architectures.
- Evaluate automation tools and technology enhancements.
- Drive CI/CD adoption, mentor teams, and provide quality engineering recommendations.
Requirements
- 6–9 years of experience in full-stack test automation or quality engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Experience with Java, Selenium, and Playwright.
- Experience testing UI, APIs, databases, and microservices.
- Ability to lead automation framework development and enterprise-wide automation initiatives.
