Deloitte AdvisoryResponsibilities
- Design and implement scalable automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, and Playwright.
- Lead automation initiatives across multiple projects and define reusable testing architecture, coding standards, and governance.
- Establish testing coverage across UI, APIs, databases, microservices, service integrations, API contracts, schemas, and event-driven architectures.
- Build automated quality gates and integrate automation frameworks with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions.
- Optimize test execution and feedback cycles within continuous integration and delivery processes.
- Mentor test engineers, conduct automation code reviews, and improve overall automation maturity.
- Participate in effort estimation, risk assessment, project planning, stakeholder engagement, and quality engineering recommendations.
- Drive quality improvements using metrics and analytics.
Requirements
- 6–9 years of experience.
- Advanced Java and Python programming expertise.
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium and Playwright.
- Experience with API automation using Rest Assured, Karate, and Postman.
- Experience designing automation frameworks from scratch.
- Experience implementing CI/CD using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Git, SQL and NoSQL database testing, microservices architecture testing, Docker, and containerized environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Preferred experience with Kubernetes, AWS or Azure, JMeter, Splunk, Grafana, ELK, and OWASP security testing concepts.
