Responsibilities
- Lead global SAP application delivery across S/4HANA migrations, integrations, modernization, deployment, and stabilization workstreams.
- Establish architecture direction across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and related non-SAP platforms.
- Manage technical delivery plans, release strategies, cutover approaches, governance routines, escalations, and delivery risk mitigation.
- Lead technical workstreams covering custom development, integrations, environments, deployments, production readiness, and stabilization.
- Design scalable SAP architecture patterns supporting Clean Core principles, extensibility, integration reuse, security, and maintainability.
- Oversee SAP application design, build, testing, deployment, support, performance analysis, defect triage, root-cause resolution, and production readiness.
- Partner with executives, business leaders, vendors, and global delivery teams on solution reviews, requirements, technical steering, and delivery communications.
- Lead and develop matrixed teams across architecture, development, integration, testing, deployment, and support functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of SAP technology experience, including senior accountability for technical delivery, architecture governance, and global transformation execution.
- At least 5 years leading application delivery, architecture, integration, or development teams.
- Experience with full-cycle SAP implementations, S/4HANA migrations, global rollouts, integration, cutover, stabilization, and application modernization.
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP Integration Suite, APIs, IDocs, event-driven integration, SAP BTP, Clean Core, side-by-side extensibility, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience with SAP Document and Reporting Compliance and related enterprise compliance requirements.
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, judgment, and leadership skills in matrixed global environments.
- Preferred certifications include ABAP on Cloud Backend Developer, SAP CPI Integration Developer, and SAP Signavio Process Management Consultant.
