Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks for voice technologies.
- Own and operate automation pipelines in a distributed, production-grade environment.
- Lead IaC and DevOps best practices to ensure system reliability, scalability, and security.
- Drive modernization and optimization initiatives for voice platform automation.
- Analyze network or platform incidents and implement automation to mitigate risks.
- Deliver documentation and handoffs to operational teams for seamless support.
- Provide technical guidance to operations and engineering teams.
- Promote a collaborative, agile work culture aligned with DevOps principles.
- Champion customer experience by building reliable voice infrastructure.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, operations, or infrastructure roles, preferably in telecom.
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks like Ansible and Terraform.
- Solid knowledge of AWS and GCP services for cloud-native infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux systems and shell scripting.
- Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs and web services.
- Strong background in CI/CD pipelines using GitLab or GitHub Actions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
