Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise Account Executives throughout the sales cycle.
- Lead solution discovery sessions with dealer group executives.
- Design and deliver tailored solution presentations and demonstrations.
- Navigate complex evaluations involving multiple stakeholders.
- Travel 40–60% to engage prospects onsite and lead briefings.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on DMS platforms and dealer operations.
- Articulate the impact of DMS migration and operational changes.
- Establish credibility with dealer group executives through operational knowledge.
- Lead executive discovery conversations to uncover strategic priorities.
- Design and document tailored solution architectures for implementations.
- Act as a feedback channel to Tekion’s product organization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- 10+ years in solutions architecture or senior technical leadership roles.
- Hands-on knowledge of DMS platforms and dealership operations.
- Ability to engage with mid-market or large dealer group executives.
- Deep understanding of DMS migration complexities at scale.
- Familiarity with major legacy DMS platforms.
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in complex B2B evaluations.
