Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations.
  • Build front-end solutions using JavaScript, React, and PowerApps.
  • Develop back-end services using .NET, C#, and Web APIs.
  • Collaborate with architects and QA teams to deliver secure, scalable, high-quality solutions.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

  • A baccalaureate degree with specified telecommunications or related technical coursework and four years of relevant experience, including specialized and managerial or supervisory experience; or an associate degree with specified coursework and five years of relevant experience; or equivalent education and experience.
  • Candidates using the equivalency option must have at least a four-year high school diploma or equivalent, one year of specialized experience, and 18 months of executive, managerial, administrative, or supervisory experience.
  • Applicants must be eligible under the applicable New York City civil service title or file for the required examination when available.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 development, JavaScript, React, PowerApps, .NET, C#, and Web APIs is required by the stated responsibilities.
