Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Assist the delivery lead with AI Engineering and end-to-end delivery of the Intelligent Delivery Platform.
- Ensure project execution aligns with business needs and project performance metrics deliver key business value.
- Provide technical insight to troubleshoot delivery issues.
- Conduct architecture assessments and apply solution architecture and software engineering constructs.
- Manage application, technology lifecycle, and project portfolios.
- Lead stakeholder communication, presentations, negotiations, and outcome delivery across matrixed groups.
- Deliver or lead complex AI Engineering solutions for analytics and data science projects and products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Data and Analytics, Programming, Engineering, or a related discipline, or an experiential equivalent; an advanced degree is preferred.
- 12+ years of relevant technical experience in application development.
- Experience with one or more of J2EE, SQL, JSON, PCF, Azure, AWS, Mulesoft, Salesforce, Tableau, DB2, Oracle, MongoDB, or related technologies.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, written communication, verbal communication, business acumen, and engineering acumen.
- Experience conducting architecture assessments and significant experience with solution architecture and software engineering constructs.
- Expertise in application portfolio management, technology lifecycle management, and project portfolio management.
- Preferred experience with AI observability frameworks, framework operationalization, Neo4j knowledge graphs, small or custom language models, AI model evaluation and deployment, data curation and model training or fine-tuning.
- Preferred experience with Python-based data science frameworks including LangChain, LangGraph, and LangFuse; AI evaluation frameworks; prompt engineering; multiple AI models; RAG architectures; and multi-agent orchestration.
