Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI-driven features integrated into web applications.
- Design and implement AI models for recommendation engines, chatbots, predictive analytics, and other web-based applications.
- Preprocess and analyze large datasets to train and validate models.
- Optimize AI algorithms for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
- Build agentic workflows and integrate AI components through APIs or microservices.
- Evaluate AI algorithms and tools, monitor deployed systems, and maintain their reliability, accuracy, and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with front-end, back-end, product, design, and data engineering teams.
- Document processes, models, and code for maintainability and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of total experience, including at least 2 years in Agentic AI or Generative AI.
- At least 3 years of experience building applications with Java, JavaScript, and HTML.
- Hands-on experience with Python, LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning models, and evaluating LLM performance.
- Experience integrating AI into web applications and building agentic workflows with frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, HTML/CSS, JavaScript frameworks such as React and Angular, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, MLOps, and CI/CD pipelines for model deployment.
- Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, data structures, algorithms, and software development lifecycle practices.
- Experience as an AI Developer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar web-focused role.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Background in user experience design or human-computer interaction is desirable.
